Precautionary frameworks sit far lower: building-biology practice grades a sleeping area under 0.1 µW/m² as no anomaly and above 1,000 µW/m² as extreme, and EUROPAEM proposes night-time targets in the same low range. A typical home a few metres from its own Wi-Fi router measures roughly 100–10,000 µW/m² — thousands of times under the regulatory limit and well above the precautionary bands, which is why the two camps can quote the same measurement and disagree completely.
