## Scope

Covers occupational and general-public exposure to RF fields from radiocommunication transmitting stations and user terminals between 8.3 kHz and 300 GHz, enforced through licensing: the licensee must hold a conformity report, by calculation or measurement, showing that the station alone and together with co-sited stations stays within the limits. Because the law adopts whatever limits the WHO recommends, Brazil has no bespoke numerical value of its own — it tracks ICNIRP.
