## Key values

- **Organization:** Ministry of Science and ICT / National Radio Research Agency (국립전파연구원), Republic of Korea
- **Edition:** MSIT Notice No. 2019-4 under Radio Waves Act art. 47-2
- **Jurisdiction:** KR
- **Frequency range:** DC – 300 GHz
- **Status of values:** Legally enforceable in at least one jurisdiction

## Scope

Covers basic restrictions and reference levels from below 1 Hz to 300 GHz for the general public and for occupationally exposed workers, and is applied through separate notices for SAR measurement, field-strength measurement and the equipment classes subject to testing. Korea retains the ICNIRP 1998 power-frequency reference level of 833 mG rather than the 2010 revision used by Japan and New Zealand.
