What it cannot do
- Reads power at a connector in dBm, not field strength in the room: turning a sweep into V/m or µW/m² requires a calibrated antenna factor for every frequency, which the supplied antennas do not provide
- The supplied antennas are directional or single-polarisation, so a measurement is not isotropic and depends on orientation
- ±3 dBm typical amplitude accuracy — a factor of two in power — is far too coarse for a compliance statement
- No low-frequency magnetic or electric field capability
- Not a substitute for an exposure meter: a spectrum is evidence about the source, not a comparable exposure figure
