China public limit at 50 Hz (power frequency)

100 µT magnetic flux density and 4 kV/m electric field for public exposure at 50 Hz, with 10 kV/m allowed on farmland and roads beneath overhead transmission lines.

Limit value
100 µTRegulatory value — legally enforceable — GB 8702-2014 Table 1 gives B = 5/f µT and E = 200/f V/m with f in kHz, so at 50 Hz (0.05 kHz) the values are 100 µT (1000 mG) and 4000 V/m (4 kV/m). Note 4 permits 10 kV/m at 50 Hz on cultivated land, pasture, aquaculture surfaces and roads under overhead lines, with warning signage. The same figure as the EU recommendation, and half the ICNIRP 2010 level.sources: china-gb-8702
