Scope
Covers basic restrictions and reference levels from below 1 Hz to 300 GHz for the general public and for occupationally exposed workers, and is applied through separate notices for SAR measurement, field-strength measurement and the equipment classes subject to testing. Korea retains the ICNIRP 1998 power-frequency reference level of 833 mG rather than the 2010 revision used by Japan and New Zealand.
